  • Step 2: SIM Card

    • Power Off the Device:
      Ensure the device is off.
    • Insert the SIM Card:

    *Open the SIM card cover and remove the tray.
    *Place the Nano SIM card in the tray with the angled corner aligned.
    *Insert the tray back gently into the device.

  • Step 3: Powering On and Charging

    • Power On: Hold the power button for 3–5 seconds.
    • Charging: Connect to the charging dock and plug into a power source.
    • Note: Avoid using the device while charging.
  • Step 1: Download the Parent App

    • Option 1: Scan the QR code to download the app directly.
    • Option 2: Click on the links below to be redirected to the App Store or Google Play.

  • Step 2: Register and Log In

    • Register: Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new account.
    • Log In: Once registered, use your account credentials to log into the app..
  • Step 3: Pair the Smartwatch with the App

    • Add Device: In the app, go to “Add Device” to start pairing.
    • Scan QR Code: Scan the QR code on the back of the KidBand, or enter the 15-digit code manually.
    • Admin Account: The first paired account becomes Main User. Guests need Main User approval to connect.
